When will Renewal Oasis open?
Our grand opening is Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 4-7 pm., at 18315 Cascade Drive, Suite 175, Eden Prairie, MN 55347. We look forward to welcoming you!
Are treatments supervised by medical professionals?
Care is delivered by qualified, licensed professionals practicing within their respective scopes of practice. Medical services are provided or overseen by our physician leaders using evidence-based protocols, while non-medical wellness services are delivered by appropriately credentialed professionals as part of our integrated approach to health and wellness.
What is your cancellation policy?
Memberships may be canceled at any time in accordance with the membership agreement. Any applicable notice requirements or final billing details will be outlined during enrollment.
When will my membership billing begin?
Your membership is billed at the time of enrollment. Your funds are reserved for your membership, while your monthly Wellness Reserve and access to services begin when Renewal Oasis officially opens. Joining early guarantees your Founding Member pricing and exclusive pre-opening benefits.
Does my wellness reserve expire?
Monthly Wellness Reserve funds are intended to be used during the month in which they are issued and do not roll over unless otherwise specified in your membership plan. This encourages members to consistently invest in their health and wellness.
What is a Founding Membership?
A limited-time opportunity available only before opening. Members receive exclusive lifetime founding rates, monthly wellness reserve, exclusive member benefits available only during our pre-opening campaign.
Do I need to be a member?
No. Everyone is welcome. Membership simply provides the greatest value through monthly wellness credits, exclusive pricing, and additional benefits.
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Robes, towels, and slippers are provided for applicable spa experiences.
How can I stay informed?

What happens if the fall opening is delayed?
If our opening is delayed, your membership will simply begin on the new opening date. No membership fees will be charged until services are available
What are your hours of operation?
Our regular office hours will be posted before our Fall 2026 opening. As a membership-based practice, Renewal Oasis offers a personalized approach to care, including extended appointment times and convenient access to your care team. Members will receive information about office hours and communication options prior to opening.
