    Care is delivered by qualified, licensed professionals practicing within their respective scopes of practice. Medical services are provided or overseen by our physician leaders using evidence-based protocols, while non-medical wellness services are delivered by appropriately credentialed professionals as part of our integrated approach to health and wellness.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Memberships may be canceled at any time in accordance with the membership agreement. Any applicable notice requirements or final billing details will be outlined during enrollment.
  • When will my membership billing begin?

    Your membership billing will begin only after Renewal Oasis officially opens and you have access to your membership benefits. If our opening timeline changes, we'll communicate any updates well in advance.
  • Does my wellness credit expire?

    Monthly wellness credits are intended to be used during the month they are issued and do not roll over unless otherwise specified in your membership plan. This encourages members to consistently invest in their health and wellness.
  • What is a Founding Membership?

    A limited-time opportunity available only before opening. Members receive exclusive lifetime founding rates, monthly wellness reserve, exclusive member benefits available only during our pre-opening campaign.
  • Do I need to be a member?

    No. Everyone is welcome. Membership simply provides the greatest value through monthly wellness credits, exclusive pricing, and additional benefits.

    Comfortable clothing is recommended. Robes, towels, and slippers are provided for applicable spa experiences.

    If our opening is delayed, your membership will simply begin on the new opening date. No membership fees will be charged until services are available
